       JBG-40 D rebar rib stripping and rolling parallel thread lathe 

  Developed in January, 2007, it is the latest type. Based on the advantages of the 40 K type, it adds the screw pitch angle mechanism. The range of process is φ 14-40 mm and the effective length of the rebar head is 100 mm. The diameter of the rebar head is consistent from the top to the bottom. The thread shape is smooth and full. It is easier to operate, using one headpiece to process both the right-handed and the left-handed thread. It is easy to adjust, so it is especially fit for the rebar splicing in bridge-piles and tunnel construction. It is original domestically and it guarantees the quality of construction.

 

 

       Features

  1. It can process rebars of HRB 335 and HRB 400 with dia from 14 mm to 40 mm.
  2. It has  the unique self opeing die head. The rebar is clamped only once and the rebar head with screw thread can be processed within 30 seconds.
  3. The processing of the parallel thread adopts sold rolling technology . The rebar head has no false thread. The thread size is precise.
  4. The process does not destroy the bottom diameter of the base material. The splicing strength is stronger than that of the parent material.
  5. Reasonable design. There is only one handpiece left and right-handed thread , which is quite easy to operate and maintain. The cutting tool can be replaced for only 3-5 minutes.

  Operation

1. Preparation
    Put enough water-solubility colling fluid into the tank for coolant ( oily colling fluid is forbidden).
2. Test the machine
    Start the power and check whether the cooling system and the electronic system work normally.
3. Change the rollers according to the diameters of the rebar

4. Change the lead bush

5. Using the matching test stick to adjust the distance between the rollers to match the rebars.
6.  Fix the matching positioning disc according to the bars you will process.
7. Adjusting the stripping length through the adjusting of the knife-raising block.

8. Adjust the travel switch according to the specification of the bar to guarantee the length of effective thread of rebars.

    Notes

1. Cooling fluid must be water-solubility .The oily cooling fluid and oil are strictly forbidden.
2. You can not make thread on rebars when there is no cooling fluid.
3. The end of the rebars should be even and smooth and should be cut by saw . Gas cutting , cutting machine are not allowed to use . There should not be bend or U-shape in the end of rebars (within the length of 500 mm in the end).
4. When peeling the rib at the beginning , do not use great strength to feed in.
5. Slide block and slide way should be cleared and lubricated regularly.
6. Iron fillings in the defrosting pan should be cleared regularly.
7. The coolant should be cleared every 15 days.
8. The reducer shuold be feed oil regularly.
9. The machine should be maintained regularly.
